In recent years, international scammers have become increasingly prevalent.
The most common type is that both importers’ and exporters’ email accounts get hacked by scammers.
Then, scammers would instruct importers to pay into their own bank accounts rather than into the exporters’ accounts, citing reasons such as accounting audits or inspections.
Please, all importers, before receiving a Telephone or WhatsApp confirmation from exporters on O Beneficiary Name e account change, DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT TO A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT!!!
No supplier would change their bank account information often, let alone their company name!
When you see any other accounts, stop using email and call your supplier immediately by PHONE!
Even importers have received phone calls or faxes from scammers regarding bank account changes; if YOU DO NOT KNOW THEIR number, don’t make the payment.
Unless we call you from the Telephone Number 0086-15589503653, DO NOT MAKE THE TRANSFER!!!
Once importers receive emails claiming that the beneficiary bank account has changed, either CALL US or wait for US TO CALL YOU for account revision. (ACCOUNT CHANGE RARELY HAPPENS)
Without making telephone calls or video chats via WhatsApp or WeChat, do not make the payment when you see different accounts or beneficiary names.
