Hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrin is a white to off-white amorphous crystalline powder.

It is freely soluble in water and propylene glycol.

Its solubility in water is more than 100g per 100ml under 25 degrees Celsius.

It is one of the most popular pharmaceuticals and cosmetic excipients along with Betadex Sulfobutyl Ether Sodium.

What Is Hydroxypropyl-Beta-Cyclodextrin Used For?
