#1. Can I request a chemical sample for research as an individual?
It all depends.
Our chemicals suitable for personal use are only cosmetic raw materials, such as alpha-arbutin powder, resveratrol, L-glutathione reduced powder, cosmetic-grade minoxidil powder, and minoxidil sulfate powder, for topical use.
Chemicals can only be sold to professionals, and we need to know that you have a professional background to handle these chemicals before your order.
But our APIs are strictly not sold to patients; please note.
#2. Do I need to provide a courier account for freight collection?
Yes, you will be requested to provide your courier account if the sample is free of charge.
If you don’t have a courier account for freight collection, we can ship the free samples to your freight agent in China.
We can also cover this shipping cost on your account for certain products and add it to your future orders.
#3. Do I have to handle the customs clearance to import the requested sample?
Yes, if you are from a pharmaceutical company or research institution, you should have an import broker handle the import clearance.
If you don’t know how to import chemicals from China, contact us for details.
#4. If a chemical is dangerous, can you ship it by FedEx or UPS?
No, conventional shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and TNT don’t ship dangerous goods. Please note that hazardous goods can only be shipped by sea or air, with special packing requirements and storage conditions.
